Rainbow Postage Stamp with Blue Lining Trench Coat

This gorgeous one of a kind quilt coat is made from a vintage Postage Stamp Quilt from the 1940s. The pieces are tiny with over 9,000 that were hand cut, hand sewn and hand quilted. A true labor of Love! It must have taken years to complete this gorgeous work of art!  She has a Southwest Vibe with these muted but vibrant colors made mostly from solid fabrics with one small floral print thrown in. Guaranteed to turn heads and stop traffic! 

• Measurements
• 42” from collar to bottom hemline. 
• 25” from shoulder seem to bottom of the arm, uncuffed
• 18” from shoulder to shoulder lying flat, and buttoned
• This trench style jacket is tapered at the waist and flares out towards the hem with an A-line style. The smallest measurement at the waist is 18” from side seam to side seam. Please see diagram for approximate location of center waist. 
• This jacket fits sizes 0-6 depending on styling preferences and bust size. We consider this to be a size Small. Please refer to measurements before purchasing for a specific fit.

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
